Sale of Batch B form for school of Nursing and Midwifery Umuahia , Amachara and Abiriba

This is to inform the general public that that sale of form for Admission into  Post Basic Midwifery, Basic Midwifery, Basic Nursing and Post Basic Nursing of Umuahia, Amachara and Abriba for 2020 Accademic Year has commenced.

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into Schools of Nursing and Midwifery,  Umuahia, Amachara and Abiriba.

Admission  Requirements includes 5 O' Level credits in

Application forms are obtainable from  the Nursing Services Department of the  Ministry of Health,  Umuahia on payment of non refundable fee of N10,000 at two different banks (UBA and Zenith).

Sales of forms begins  Monday 1st June 2020, and all completed forms and evidence of payment are to be returned to the  Nursing Services Department of the  Ministry of Health, Umuahia  on or before Friday  17th July,  2020.

Exam Date is Saturday 18th July 2020.
Time is 8am while Exam centers are Umuahia and Aba. 

Interview for Schools of Nursing In Abia State

This is to inform all candidates that sat for the entrance examination for school of Nursing Umuahia/Amachara and scored 50 and above that they are invited for an Oral interview/ Screening Exercise .

Interview and Screening for Schools of Nursing Abia State

     The Abia State Ministry of Health has directed the media to inform all candidates who scored 50 and above in the just concluded school of Nursing Entrance Examination 2020 for schools of Nursing Amachara and Umuahia that an Oral interview/Screening Exercise will be condiccon soon.

     The qualified candidates are urged to prepare in regards to the Oral interview/Screening Exercise. The date,Time and Venue for the Oral interview/Screening Exercise will be communicated to the candidates when the lockdown is totally over and activities resumed.

     All Candidates are advised that the State Ministry of Health cannot communicate with any Candidate directly or through text message but rather only through mass media.

     All candidates are also advised that no admission list has been published yet.
